On my way home this evening, I spotted a Ph1 172 in silver on the A331 (Blackwater Valley) heading towards Farnham around 6:45pm. I was stuck behind a slooow driver and he flashed me to let me overtake. Gave me the thumbs up as he cruised past too.

I think it's because he knew Ph2's are better than Ph1's so didn't want to chance it. Haha!
