Preheating/Glow plug light Clio 182

Hi folks. New to this forum so forgive me if this has been asked before. Done a search but couldn't find much.
Parked outside my house earlier to unload some shopping, left my keys in ignition and side lights on. Got back in car, started up, and the glow plug light came on. (Little rectangle with squiggly line inside). Any ideas what this could be? Car seemed to be running fine. No previous problems either.

182s are petrol so dont have glow plugs, dont know what it is though
