Purple Haze 200. (Update Post 54)

Gave the 200 a full day today. A minor correction using Scholl S40, then hit with Amigo by DA.

Two layers of Zaino Z2 followed by two further coats of DD Purple Haze.

Loving the results. I was so tired that I couldn't be arsed to get my camera, so these are off my phone. Apologies.

The HID kit and spacers go on tomorrow too. Pretty excited.

super glossy!! have you thought about vinyl wrapping the bottom of the front bumper. shame the front end on these are so awful as i prob would look into them more otherwise.

Yeah, possibly. I'll see how I feel once it's got the spacers and H&R's on.

The front end's an acquired taste, yeah. I actually quite like it now... but the 197 still looks better from the front. Shame about the rest.

i've came around to the front of these... although i do love the vinyled lip.

what do you mean 'the rest'? its a diffuser and trims difference lol.

ive been toying with the idea of a 200 diffuser or just doing mine gloss black and getting bigger, outward rolled tips... would probably look the same

is the quicker steering that​ much more noticeable? (i forgot the other difference bar the bhp)

step backwards imo.....

Quicker rack is a good noticeable difference when I drove the two. The rest is just 182/172. They feel virtually identical in road manners, (as its the same car lets not forget ) 1/2/3rd make it feel better round town due the the slightly shorter ratios.

i know it sounds pikey but it'll save pissing about trying to cut vinyl to size, checking it on the car every few mins

Looks lovely mate, the HID's and stance will make a world of difference.

Mainly the HID's! Renault wouldn't change my foggy headlights under warranty because of the HID's btw.

Get the brakes cleaned out when you they start to drop off in performance btw, it did mine a world of good last week, cost £40-ish quid, better them snap the brembo pins than me lol.

It needed it at 12k imo, which I'm not sure how far you are from.
