Looks good. I will update the thread with mine when they turn out green lol

Thanks mate. I questioned my sanity half way through, but people like you with your attention to detail, give me the inspiration to do it! :)

Thank pal for the kind comment but I take my hat off to you for being innovative and coming out with a great result 👍

Loving the colour change.

good price. Old logo ones from rpd for megane 3 are £61. New logo £36. I prefer the old.

Pity my existing new logo ones are in a good state.

Steve, now you've had the seat repaired, are you still going to look for a set of Trendlines, or stick with the original seats now?

I will get some trendlines at some point & a snappy wheel with blue tab.

I couldnt leave the seat though as it was when the rest of the car was being restored.
Off to the bodyshop today - car will be gone a week or so.

👍🏼

Well 27 days of work on the car came to a finish today as shes been dropped into the bodyshop.

I think in total 25-30 hours after another 2 hours of interior cleaning today & another pass over the seats with the trusty debobbler...

No further updates for ~10-14 days.

The bodywork paint issues thats been irritating from day 1 will be a distant memory soon.

Is that paint job costing much Steve? I need a similar job but including the bonnet

It’s going to be a lovely motor Steve. Hats off to you. Are you going to go full on resto and replace all the wishbones etc and paint the underside 😂

Possibly not as it will be driven some - so not a complete restoration otherwise it would have be garaged
Been offered another 50k one today > may have 2.

Agreed, I paid more just to have the 2 bumpers and bonnet done on the Trophy to a very good standard, and they had next to no damage; no scuffs etc.

Ive spent circa £50k at the bodyshop so do get a good rate now !

Well its back after 2 weeks.

We are on the final leg now.

Refit Under tray & arch liners
Dogbone
New expansion tank
Skoda splitter.

Future plans -
Allignment
Uprated tyres
Snappy
Recaros
JMRS filter
Battery cover

I am planning on doing a run of OEM splitters at £130
I wonder what interest there will be !

Looking good, put me on the list for a splitter please. I had wondered about doing it myself, if could get OEM shape with Fabia type plastic (with some flexibility) you'd be on to a winner there (y)
