Racing Blue 182 very loud exhaust, followed you down the motorway to Southampton

As the title says a Racing Blue 182 with a very loud exhaust (possibly a yozza) blasting down the motorway, at no more than 70 mph obviously, that would be illegal.
Follwed you in my mates Blue Megane 225 Cup all the way from Farham to Southampton, West Quay.

Yeah thats the one lol. Its so loud and he does drive like a tool. The suspension looked a bit shot to be honest, like it was leaning to one side.
