radio code issue

Guys I have got the code using the security number and the bonyx website I've entered it as per the instructions and it doesn't work I've tried it on both the stereo buttons and the stalk?

Any ideas?

Is it definitely the same stereo that it left the factory with?

On my tuner list i used this app for android it worked first time also works for most standard renault sterios https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobileone.radiocodegen

sounds stupid but are you entering the code correctly e.g i forgot to hold 6 after entering my code felt realy dumb
