rattly interior light

the light above my head in my 182 rattles like crazy and drives me mad lol.

Has anybody found a cure for this that doesnt invole glueing it to the roof lining?

well actually its not just the light, its the entire plastic unit i think.

Check it's clipped in properly, as it's usually tight as a Nun's arse to get at it!
