Pretty sure seats have minimum safety standards they have to meet to be sold for use in a car in the UK? As a result, I doubt they'd crumble in an accident.

I would imagine the general finish and material quality will be quite poor, rubbish stitching, rubbish padding, rubbish seat cover material.

@ £84 on Amazon, they're almost disposable, so gotta be worth buying one and having a look.
