rear ride height, 182 FF-HELP!

I've met a guy today and his 172 is a lot lower in the back, the front is the same as mine as you can see in the pics. he says his car is on stock suspension and mine is also, so how come mine is so high??
I've measured mine in front directly under the front splitter and it is 14 cm off the ground, and in the rear it is 29 cm (give or take 5mm), measured below the bumper in the center between the tailpipes.
Can someone take a minute and measure the height of a stock 182 (cup pack) as I did?
cheers!

P.S: I'm on standard wheels and tyres, he is on 15" wheels with 195/50 tyres, but that still doesn't explain the difference. chances that my rear springs could be different from stock are minimum since I've spotted the red stripe on one of them, and this is how the cup pack ones are marked as far as I know

I'd hazard a guess that it could be partly due to different wheels, tyres sizes, tyre pressures and the fact the 182 has no spare?

the 172 is also older so the suspension may be tired.

I'd say yours is a tad lower at the front due to the nose dipping from the height of the rear - just seems like a weight issue to me

My car is 45k at the moment, his is about 53k, so could this difference add that much wear to the springs?
wheel size wise the difference is about 5mm i (overall diameter)
yes he has a spare wheel but can this drop his back 3-4 cm down? :-/
i've checked some pics of other 182's and they appear lower at the back.. :(

that I don't know but it looks like stock to me, anyway that is just one of the 182's I've been looking at and they all appear to be the same.
any chance I could find some factory specs regarding this?

  Dodgy one
This was mine when i bought it with a full tank of fuel in it Standard, Yours empty by any chance?

mine was about 20 liters when taking the measurements, but the other guy had about 10 only

I just had a look at a pic of mine and it appears to sit higher at the front than the one above! The pic I'm looking at would have been taken when it had done around 13000km, no idea on fuel.

They are supposed to have a forward stance. All you need to do is look under the car at the rear and see if anything looks dodgy. Looks fine to me.

maybe the 172 has some lower springs and the owner isn't aware of this, since he recently bought the car
