Rear seat belt completely jammed!

Hi guys, just been out to clean the car and noticed the left rear belt wasn't fully retracted and when I tried to pull on it, it wouldn't move. Any suggestions on how I can get at it and fix it? been trying to get the panel off for the past hour and I'm afraid of breaking something. :banghead:

Also quite interested in this - I've bought a few used seatbelts and cannot pull any belt out of them.

stewart - the trim you need to remove has 3 (i think) screws. one is hiding behind the door card.

i found this when i took all mine out but once refitted worked again.
