Hi all I have just started to rebuild the rear beam for my track car and fitting the new bushes etc I just wondered if there is a preffered setup for the rear axel spacers 10 15 mm with / without camber what do people run on there's. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give: Mike

Its a 172 sport non cup model so currently standard setup I am going to go for the 10mm straight to start off with.
Cheers : Mike

You need to measure what your camber (and toe) is first, its not unusual for it to vary by as much as half a degree.

So you need figures from YOUR car before you can make a sensible decision on how to shim it.

Thanks for the advice I will do that I removed the rear axle from the car and I have another spare one that I have just re painted to swap the bits onto I will measure the pair of them up and see what they look like to look at them they do appear to be quiet robust but when I was looking at a project thread someone had put on they had re enforced there's I was wondering why but having read some more threads it appears that they are easily knocked out of alignment. I guess its time to get the tape measure and the spirit level out.
Thanks regards : Mike
