Rear windscreen washer

Had noticed my rear washer jet didnt seem to be squirting the water but was more of a dribble.

So in preperation of 1000miles driving this weekend, i thought i would investigate. So in a spare half an hour, i whipped the spoiler off to discover the hose wasnt even connected! The reason, it had been trimmed just short enough that the tension in the tubing was enough to pull it off the jet nozzle. Did a quick check to make sure the system was working properly, and it was, squirting the washer fluid a good few feet.

So one tie wrap later, and my rear washer jet is fully functioning! Bloody renault monkies who put the car together!

Good job you fixed it, they're like £7-8 for a new washer jet. iirc

It wasnt even the washer jet, just the last section of tubing not being long enough. Still glad i fixed it for free, just a little bit of time and a free tie wrap from work!
