Ok ladies, I'm looking for a decent MP3 player for a good price. If it plays DVD MP3 etc and its a dandy price tag then good good. At the moment I have a standard Alpine CD player. I bought an Alpine CDA-7878R MP3 unit 5 or 6 years ago which was the daddy of them all until the laser decided to go tits up. I sent it back, it was fixed. 2 years ago it went again. The unit cost £700 when I bought it, and was taken off the shelves by Alpine because they claimed it was too advanced for the price tag. So its sitting in the house at the moment, rotting, and all it needs is the £50 servicing fee to sort it out. Cant be bothered, and it'll only f*ck up again. I've also had the JVC AVX1 with the 3" DVD screen built in. Cant really have another one of those in the P1 as the radio console is low down. Pointless.
So, aside from all that b****cks, an Alpine MP3 would be spot on, as I'm used to them. Anything with loads of gizmo's and features (but not Ipod sh*t) for a good price (nothing more than £150 say)
