Removing Inlet Manifold

Hi
I'm trying to remove the inlet manifold in order to change my starter motor. On all the searches I've done everything says all the plugs and everything pulls off which is fine however this is one plug I'm unsure on which is pictured, feels as if it's almost a "winged" clip which I may break if I pull it out?
Is this the case or is it fine to pull on?
Cheers

On that clip there is 2 tabs you push in when pulling. Once you push on the tabs there shouldnt be any resistance really when pulling.
