removing seat belt holder...(help)

removing my recaro's now and the passenger side seat belt holder at the bottom which bolts onto the sill with one large bolt...has worn off its torx shaped bit...and appears extremely tight..leaving me unable to get it out using methods i can think off....

anyone else had this problem...the drivers one wasnt too tight at all...
