Removing the door pannel

  1.8 Civic EX
Ok, so some kind arse face decided to connect thier foot with my drivers door over the weekend...it's quite a "shallow" "smooth" dent and luckily no damage to the paint. It's the sort of dent where if you were to sit on the bonnet it would flex in, although in thise case it hasn't popped out again.

Question is, how easy is it to remove the door pannel so I can get behind it and push the dent out? or even, would removing the pannel give me access to it or are the doors double skinned?

I tried my local body shop and they want to fill it and spray it which is a load of b****cks and my local Chips Away guy is on holiday untill after FCS!!!

Pretty easy... Pull the pillar panel off (it just unclips), pull the inner mirror surround off, undo the 4 torx screws at the bottom of the trim panel, undo the torx screws on the inside door handle and grab handle, undo and disconnect the speakers, disconnect the electric window/electric mirror buttons, prise the edges of the trim away from the sticky sealant, pull the bottom of the trim out a bit and then slide it up a little and if Robert's your mother's brother it should come out.

Robert is my Dad, will that help? lol

cheers! do you think it will give me access to push the dent out though or is it double skinned?

Not sure to be honest, I know the boot is double skinned but not sure about the doors...

Might as well give it a try - it only takes like 10 minutes

Looks like a couple of nice big holes I can put my hands in there to push the dents out! woohoo!
