renault clio 1.2 16v radiator fan not working

hi i have a 2003 renault clio 1.2 16v my radiator fan is not working i have
replaced the fan switch with about 3 diffrent ones an still not working i have
also took the fan off the car an wired it directly to the battery an the fan its
self worked is there any way i can bypass the switch thing that goes to the
engine an put the fan on a switch on my dash if i can how would i do it?

how do you know its not working? mine used to rarely ever come on on my 1.2 16v

The only time mine comes on is when it's idling for about 10-15 minutes
