Renault Dealers!! ARGH!!!

Went to the renault dealership this morning after being quoted over the phone a price for 195/45s Continentals for my 172 cup for £69 each (fitted). Was then told by the parts guy that they dont seem to stock that tyre now and he didnt know how much he could get them in for.

So i asked about the 205/45 michelin exaltos as fitted to the 182 cup and he said they came in a £150 each!! I just laughed in his face!!

How can renault dealers sleep at nights with this level of shocking service? It really does make me mad.

i managed to get them for 99 for w rated ones

I looked on the renault computer when i was there, dealers get the V rated in for £81 each....

Oh rite. I think i will stick with the contis then. A slight difference in grip isnt worth an extra £80!! I could buy two contis for 1 michelin at that price! Shocking!!

Yeah my tyres were £65 each without fitting! But the guy at the dealership said he could get them and fit them for £69 !!

I got Michelin PE for £96 fitted from a Renault Dealer, when i had my 172 the contis on that didnt last five minutes. I find the Exaltos last quite a while.
