Renault Techs...Whats the fault finding net thing called?

  Mondeo STTDCI
My 182 has developed a rattling/creaking suspension on OSF wheel. Its pretty constant now, worse when over bumpy roads obviously.

Any ideas?

But the actual point of my thread is......whats the intranet thing called you lot use for finding solutions to known faults? I've quoted it at my dealer before but have forgotten what its called!

Hoping to get them to fix creaking on full lock.

Only want it as everytime I go there, because they want the car for a full day so they can pick and choose etc, they say "Oh we need it for a full day for fault diagnosis".

So I generally say "There is a fix for the problem on blah blah blah so you should be able to give me an estimate of time it will take!"

And they say "Ok Sir".

I love my dealer.

I wouldn't bother. They carry out a mod to the top mount, the noise stops for a week then comes back.

Renault Dialogys.

Shows 'book' time per job. Also prints out a parts manifest so the tech can order the parts asap.

Good little system to use if you know how to read it. I have a copy of it on CD. All PDF files though, so the interface isn't there.
