Spent today cleaning and protecting the 200 before going up to Manchester tomorrow.
With it only being a few weeks since a full decontamination, polish and seal, the car has only been driven a few times since so didn't need much doing to it, but a few new deliveries meant a few new products to try out.
Products used:
Muc-Off Wheel Cleaner
Bilberry Wheel Cleaner
AF Citrus Power
Dodo Juice Supernatural Shampoo
Valet Pro Brushes (Various Sizes)
EZ Detail Wheel Brushes
Poorboys White Diamond Glaze
Carpro CQuartz Reload Sealant
Wooly Mammoth Drying towel, Dodo Juice wax applicators and Eurow High Pile Microfibres
Meguiars Endurance Tyre Shine
Zymöl Carbon
Zaino Z6
A few before shots:
Still some beading from previous sealant application:
Some of the kit used:
The whole car was pre-soaked in AF Citrus Power:
The intricate parts were agitated while the Citrus dwelled:
Tried out some Muc-Off Wheel Wash, not as good as Bilberry unfortunately.
Poorboy's Wheel Seal still doing it's thing!
Arches sprayed with AF Citrus and agitated with a soft, paint friendly brush.
Before:
After:
Dodo Juice Supernatural Shampoo and a Meguiars wash mitt using the 2 bucket method.
Car dried with a Poorboy's Wooly Mammoth Towel:
Clean Wheels ready for some tyre dressing:
Meg's Tyre Dressing applied:
Moved the car into the garage to give it a quick polish with some Poorboys White Diamond:
CarPro C-Quartz Reload Sealant being topped up in preparation for the Zymol Carbon wax:
Before Sealant:
After Sealant:
Colour Coded forum sticker applied!
Now for the fun part:
The wax applied:
... And removed:
Applied:
Removed:
And finally, the finished article!
The money shot:
Thanks all, hope you enjoyed.
