Now you say that it does look a bit off centre but I can assure you that its as straight as its going to getIs the front wonky?

Thanks mate?,i was going to really go to town one the black one, until I was offered my new project car cheap from a trader and the rest as they say is history...plus my wife said one of them has to go as I still have my Subaru and That one is going no where lol?.SJ.SJ I wish you’d have posted this 3 days ago!
Just got a pal to buy a non-runner for track use but this wouldve been perfect for him..
I’ll ask a few friends, If I’ve learnt anything from DW, it’s that the decent people tend to stick about and their reputation is very reassuring.
I’ve no doubt that this car will be a decent buy for anyone interested
I want it myself! ??
Make sure you clean up that mating face before fitting or you'll be constantly retourqing wheel nutsWell a purchase that I had made a while ago has finally turned up...my new Wilwood four pot calipers[emoji1417].

I was originally going to get Brembo’s as I know that they are a quality caliper”bulky but they work”[emoji6]but decided as I was going to run 15” inch wheels that the Wilwoods was a caliper that can be fitted under them with minimal fuss...As my Cup project is going to be a forged rebuild eventually with some forced induction running through it,I have decided to get as much of the supporting modifications done as possible, before I tackle the heart of my project....My wife decided to give the top hats a spruce up for me,as I had purchased some VHT caliper spray paint...

Mate i will do some of the work myself, but what i cannot do i will get a a specialist to do,so i am still in a similar situation as you are,the only difference being is i know what works and what parts that i want to use on my build which gives me peace of mind to an extent...
That’s valid mate what type of power are you looking at? Mine sits at shy of 190bhp at the min so 230bhp will be plenty for me I think

Will be 350+ but that is why my project will take a tad longer to others as I am trying to strengthen all surrounding supporting mods as well...230bhp will be quick in a Clio Mate but my Renault 5 turbo i had was around the 250+ mark so i need to push the envelope a bit further with this oneMakes sense pal I did similar with my ep3 too what type of power you aiming for ? Mines just shy of 190bhp at the min so 230bhp will see me reeet
Send me a picture of the batch number on your diff mate - you may need to send it back as they’ve had a few issues with certain batch numbers. As i am looking for my car to have a chance of handling the power i thought that a quaife diff would be a necessity...View attachment 1462333

Will be getting a full rebuild and strengthening as much as the o.e cup gearbox can,i know that they are not the best for handling massive amounts of torque but the gearbox are a hell of a lot cheaper to get right compared to a Subaru 6 speedLooking forward to some updates, love a decent turbo build! I take it your keeping the JC5 box?
Where would I find the batch number mate?Send me a picture of the batch number on your diff mate - you may need to send it back as they’ve had a few issues with certain batch numbers.
I’ve had to send one back to them for a box I’m currently rebuilding for someone.![]()
