Returning to renaultsport ownership

After previously owning a BG 182, selling up buying a Golf GTI Edition 30 I have sold the Golf :dapprove: as i'm trying to get the final part of a house deposit together. Just have to pay the membership again I had £4k to spend so, what better to spend it on other than a 182 again. Just got my hands on a 05 plate, Arctic Blue, with 43k on the clock and cup chassis. Looks a minter.

Looks very nice mate, golf doesn't look to shabby either. Have a nose at the cooksport springs, I've got them on mine and they are spot on.

Thanks guys! have you got a pic with the cooksport springs? I've got the Eibach Sportlines on the Golf and was quite tempted to go down the same route.
cheers Matt, yeah the belts were done when it hit 30K I think it was. Due again end of 2014 though.

Will have some good pics tomo mate will stick them in Clio media, be in the evening by the time I get home from work. I had sportlines on my old phase 1, they were fine but didn't really drop the car. I wanted the best of both so bought the cooksport ones.

Lovely motors! Golf DSG or Manual? What sort of MPG were you getting from it?

ahh no worries, im looking for a bit of a drop but no slammed. Broke to many splitters when it was standard height lol.

The Golf was a manual, remaped to 300bhp :hail: round town it was usually between 18-24 mpg and motorway about 30-35mpg. Mind it was similar pre remap.

it sure did, not many cars you can overtake in 4th 5th and 6th gear with no bother! will do mate picking it up Tuesday.
