i just got bought one of these dv710 dvd units (the ripspeed one) now i havent even taken it out of the box im tempted to fit it but how many amps can you connect to it as i have to running a 12inch sub and a set of rear speakers!! and i dont wanna lose them lol any help people and do you just need to connect the handbrake cable thing to an earth so it thinks its constantly parked so i can run it even though im driving?? any help here would be great

yep handbrake cable to an earth and screen will stay on permanently until ignition is switched off, it has pre outs for front rear and subwoofer, rear and sub are on same pre out iirc

actually on my 1 we just left the handbrake cable disconnected and it plays as normal, and yeh has 3 amp outputs (front ch, rear ch, centre/sub ch) 1 video input and 2 video outputs

yeh dont have to connect the handbrake cable,unit has an and off function for the screen anyway!lol
