Rosso Mars Lamborghini Aventador Roadster LP700-4 Enhancement Detail

Hi all, another special one from me!

A few weeks ago I was contacted by someone many will know as Lord Aleem, to give his 2-week old Rosso Mars Lamborghini Aventador Roadster LP700-4 some gloss and protection for the Gumball Get Together in London the next day.

We made the trip up to Birmingham to carry out the detail whilst the roof was wrapped gloss black.

Getting down to the detail, the car was in very good condition as would be expected, but isn't always the case. The car arrived to the owner from Lamborghini in a sealed transporter, which really showed during decontamination stages.

Again, nothing major, but always best to remove as much as possible without contact.

AF Citrus was used to break down the dirt before hand washing.

The 21" wheels were first up with various sized brushes and PH Neutral wheel cleaner.

Next up was a hand wash with the Microfibre Madness Mitt and AMDetails Bubbles.

Moving onto the decontamination stages, tar and iron dissolvers were showing minimal contamination, which makes a change to usual new cars that have sat at the docks for weeks picking up fallout!

Clay was picking very little up other than from the rear of the car, so the car was rinsed off and pulled inside for drying.

Dried off using the Wooly Mammoth towel

Under the bonnet dried off and quick detailed.

The interior was given a wipe over and the leather cleansed.

A few small scratches on the bonnet and drivers side were removed safely with the Rupes Bigfoot system, after measuring paint depth.

Wheels and metals were sealed with Swissvax Autobahn, tyres dressed with Megs Endurance.

Glass cleaned with Gtechniq G6 and protected with G1.

AF Dressle was sprayed onto plastic panels and left for a few hours to soak, before being buffed to a natural shine.

After the few spot corrections, the car was pre-cleansed/coated/polished with Auto Finesse Tripple, followed by Auto Finesse Illusion.

Thanks for reading and I hope you've enjoyed. This was an absolute dream car for me, being the roadster in the best spec and colours just added that little bit more.

Comments and chat welcome as always!

Did you get to drive it?!
Just wow, I'd pay to clean the car let alone charge for it, very jealous and a cracking job.

Looks awesome! Remember seeing him post a photo on Instagram with the RB clio in the back ground spotted that straight away ;)

Love how you always put the clio in the background of your write-ups. Looks so good in RB.

Top work with the Lamborghini. Is that kid as spoilt as he seems from his Instagram?

Lovely Andy. A nice read and I can tell you thoroughly enjoyed that! How did Lord Aleem get in contact with you chap? Noticed on social media? Friend?

Would have been nice to see something solidon the plastics and body but you do what you're asked to do. Some shield or Bos even on the paint. Boutique on boutique! ;)

Look forward to more write ups.

What does he do for a living, as by a quick google the cars he drives are actually owned by his and his fathers business to rent out?

They're his fathers business' cars. He just poses with them and pretends they're his. Interesting thread on Pistonheads about him, and the not so legal things he got up to.

Lord Aleem - Awesome!

Looks spot on.

Thanks mate!

Only in and out of the unit, which was the scariest thing I've ever done! Flicking the safety flap up for the start button was pretty cool though, it barks when it starts up!

Looks amazing. Top Job.

Amazing car, top work!

Thanks guys!

I try, it's something for people to recognise :)

He's actually a really nice guy, not much younger than me and he's just as mad about cars.

Thanks mate, I believe it was through Instagram weirdly! GTechniq would have been sensible, but we were on a time scale, wanted gloss and AF have been good to me as of late.

That flame!

Nice job, I'd love to do nice little tidy up details on some exotica. :)

I have some ridiculous videos of the flames...!

Seriously impressive. How long have you been doing this as a business then mate? Full time now?

Absolutely love the car, I've got a proper soft spot for lambo's.

Amazing job. I'd be terrified to clean something like that haha. I was lucky enough to sit in an orange one smothered with carbon... Literally every bit of trim was carbon!

Thanks Rob, just passed my first year under the business name, not full time because I still have the love for it that way, I get to put all of the money back into it and don't have to worry about getting the next detail to live lol

Literally my dream car, annoyingly £320k isn't something many can shell out in a lifetime, let alone on a car, so I'm not yet sure how to go about getting one!

They look so good and I've never seen a car in so many awesome colours!

Very nice. Shame he never let you take it a blast :p

Out of interest, how much would you charge for doing something like that? Would/did you raise the price for that sort of car or would it cost the same as a nissan micra?

I wish!

I get asked that a lot, but it's not really any difference between cars except the potential damage costs, which are insured anyway so no extra cost to pass on. Charging more would just be taking advantage of people, imagine if every business did that! Prices are on the website if you fancied a look.

By by potential damage, do you mean if you were to have an accident with a machine or if a chemical reached unexpectedly etc etc?

Looks great! They are massive cars too, so much presence when I've seen a couple on the motorway

One of these was firebombed in Luton Saturday morning.

Load of people out of a car smashing it up then setting fire to it. All on CCTV.

People on Instagram were saying RIP to this car, was it his does anyone know?

Speculation around jealousy, upset someone or an insurance job, he is currently building a £2m show room for all of his dad's rental cars, maybe he ran out of money.....

Stunning! Bet you were chuffed getting to work on that.

Shame about whats happened to it though.
