rotary or stay with pc

Im finding it difficult to remove swirls from my black gold clio. Ive done many different combination, but still no joy...

Im in two minds wether to purchace a rotary to get rid of these or do ya think im jumping the gun.

Ive heard some nasty stories with novice rotary users, burning through the clear coat and damaging the base coat... :(

But them swirls are really starting to grind me down...

Please help

practice makes perfect? it aint an easy job, especially with black.

dont be put off by a rotary, aslong as youve got a decent level of common sense, like not hold it on wing edges, bonnet edges, door edges, and you keep the mop completely flat, there really is no risk of damaging the paint.

just keep the panel cool with water

The skill to the rotary is being able to finish up getting a hologram and swirl free finish with it. Lots of people can't do this and still leave a fisnih that needs going over with a porter cable after.
