rounded off nut on brake hose

I've got some new front brake hoses to fit on my Cup... i've got a proper 13mm flare spanner to take off the brake hoses, but have still managed to round the nut of the old brake hose as it goes on to the caliper :clown:

is there any way of getting the old brake hose off the caliper?

mole grips, tight as fuckety f**k. you'll have to replace the fitting though

i tried mpole grips with no luck

i used plus gas and still no luck with mole grips
