RS grill help please

I'm sorry if there is a thread on this already but I did look and I couldn't find any. I'm looking a getting a 197 RS grill for my non sport mk3 but I've heard they're not just a straight swap like they are with the ph2's?

Does anyone have a guide or anything or tell me what I'd need to do and stuff, and do you have to take the bumper off or something ridiculous like that?
