Am wanting to add the 50mm spacers to my rs2 inlet manifold so can anyone tell me the bore size of the rs2 inlet so I can order the correct bore size spaces to match. And when fitting a pure Motorsport air con delete kit dose this work with a non cup alternator or do you have to buy a cup alternator. and last I need to fit a smaller radiator to make space for the rs2 extra I know it's the vw polo radiator that's used any specific model. thanks guys

IIRC the PMS AC delete only works with a standard 1*2 alternator ( non cup)

The extensions you need are 45mm diameter. If you get the Jenvey angled spacers as well you have enough room for both for even more runner length.

The polo radiator is too thin. Look for the larger Scirocco/Golf radiator like this one https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/321...-2-golf-jetta-scirocco-1600-diesel-gti-525mm/

And it is best with two 10 or 9" fans rather than one 12" fan.
