Rubbing/Grinding Noise from fronr when braking.

As above, got a rubbing/grinding noise when i brake coming from the front end especially when warm. Stupid question but does this mean the front discs and pads need changing or could it be the back aswell? Planning on changing the front as that is definitely where the noise is from. Cheers

^ As above, not much meat on pads is usual culprit for grinding

Well ive noticed a bit of rusting/flaking on the discs so was going to do them anyway. Defo just the front to change though?
