182FF
A question for the more experienced Clio owners on here...
I've got a 182 with Brembo OEM pads all round. Everything is bedded and pedal travel doesn't feel too long. Tyres are good and all calipers sliding free and working properly.
I can brake hard enough to get the ABS to kick in, but the thing is, a fair way before I get there, I hit the brake booster "knee point". It feels like the pedal bottoms but what is actually happening is the booster has no more assistance to give and the pedal goes very firm.
So the question is... is this normal? Does it always feel like the pedal bottoms out (goes very firm) before you get to the point where ABS kicks in?
