Golf 7.5R & Clio 200
Anyone tell me what they all are?
I'm really indecisive on the engine mount front. I'm tempted to go for a new OEM part, do they really not last that long?
I'm worries an aftermarket one may be too solid (vibration).
Look good to me them pal just ordered the same cheers for that
Bring it all over bud, I'll fit it. [emoji6]No worries.
I had my tracking and balancing done after fitting new alloys/tyres today.
Subsequently I have bought some new ball joints and track rod ends.
I have vibratechnics engine mount and purple dogbone bushes and theres no added vibration (I have standard gearbox mount at present though) The only thing that causes big vibrations is my exhaust mount as I tigersealed the gaps up. Thats enough to vibrate the rear viee mirror and make my steering wheel feel like a vibrator!
You get it complete, ready to bolt to the car.
These are the two I used, no problems to far -

Plus powerflex purple bushes for the dogbone - noticeable vibration increase to start with, does settle down nicely though.
Go to halfords and get the 200 piece socket set for £100 odd. It's a great kit and has everything you need.
Also get a low Jack and axle stands from there too. The total will be less than £150 I reckon
Rather nice?
Very well made systems. They are one of the better systems available for these.
Rear seats I think? Can't work out where that bolt is?
They're for the isofix bar iircThat's what I thought, but I thought they was hex head with a torx?
Sorry about this mate, must have been misplaced when it was taken off the car. Wouldn't know where it is.
I would guess it is a fairly standard size allen key bolt though? Thinking you could take the one you do have (assuming both aren't missing) and get another one from a fastenings store?
Apologies for the inconvenience
I had a 1970's mini for 8 years bud, massive spec and lots of this stuff.
Mine was a 1380 running a single Weber 45 dcoe

There's a surprisingly large amount of room in a mini, glad you're going down that route!
It just made sense. Did everything I want it to (potentially can do anyway), and is relitivley cheap in comparison to others I was looking at.
Wonder if I could convince Steave to weld in new floors etc if it needs it haha
