hi there peps bought this home theatre bd for my samsung d5520 46 inch

can anyone help me with the set up i need this is whats running off it

46 inch telly
virgin tivo box
surround sound blue ray unit

am i correct in thinking i need to link these with digital cables as well as hdmi ??

been reading a few things on av forums but makes no sense to me?

basically i want the surround to work on all options , virgin and blue ray etc


any help ??

On the back of your surround sound unit, does it have an optical port?

yes revels , thought i had the old one running all 3 thou lol !

Okay. Well get an optical cable. One end in the SS. One end in the Tivo.

The on the SS unit. Change it to D:IN on the options and that should give you sound from your Tivo.
