Dont know tbh they seem to have done a good job. They are part of of Andrew Gallagher motorsport and my old boss uses them for his FD2 civic and he swore by them.

If its anything to do with Andy then i think these pictures of his work might do him justice

Im from Buckie and the north east doesnt seem to have much to offer, would happily travel to edinburgh though, my other option was to put it onto a trailer and send it to diamond motors or somewhere in england dont really fancy the hassle of it to be honest tho

Sorry to bring up an old post. Does anyone know/recommend somewhere in the Edinburgh area to fit coilovers?

Rentec or rentek, can't remember how they spell it, it's in a post above somewhere. CLCM in sighthill afterwards for full alignment.
And don't worry that's what this thread is for, hopefully it won't get old

Cheers John for the quick reply, I'm just trying to get a rough budget sorted etc so a few more weeks saving then the hunt begins, seriously can't wait. Be worth the wait I hope. Cheers again.

I would have got Fraser & Stu to do fit them if needed.

Other than that i use SWR (Stirling) for everything, They are spot on and know there cars inside out

Google "stewart whyte racing" AKA SWR

Does anyone know if SWR do MOTs? Their website states "MOT preparation" but I'm sure I can remember seeing an MOT Testing Station sign the last time I was there

SWR are superb, Michael is very helpful last week when the Megane was in getting its gearbox mount done.

It has been recovered back to them today though, Probably with the likelihood of needing an engine rebuild but that has nothing to do with any work they have done, Reasonable prices as well!

Long story short, A84 was heavily flooded last night with no warning signs or police out, Attempted to go through it and it went from 3inches to well over a foot in the space of metres, Car died and had water in the bores when we removed the plugs today, Engine hasn't seized though and starter wouldn't engage at all, So i may be lucky and it might just be French electrics surrendering.

Failing that it will be getting rebuilt to standard spec or a replacement engine fitted then punted on for something else, Maybe a higher spec Megane

Anyone know where I could get a JMS RS2 manifold fitted and where to get a custom map done right ? Was thinking of Wallace performance for the map but not sure about getting the bits fitted. Cheers.

I'm sure SWR would fit it no bother.

As said, SWR know about the RS2 as i have spoken to them about it. Im sure they can also do mapping as it says on there website "ECU Mapping"
