seat changing help

i've just bought these seats

from jonny on here for my mk2 ph1 clio. it has s**t seats, anyway

what will i need to change to make these fit? they come with frames and seat belt pretensioners for the front seats.

also is 150 quid for the lot a rip off? cause they look clean!
