seized top mount bolts

hi, went to take my front struts off today but both strut tops are really rusty. put a bit of plus gas onto them but they wouldnt budge and about to round out allen key. im going to put a air gun on them tommorrow at work try an shock them loose just wondering if there likely to shear off?? lol

any help, cheers
