shocks/springs advice!

Got a wee knocking noise on the front right hand side when on cobbles or uneven surfaces and it sounds like a shock.

I dont want to change the stance of the car or anything. Want it to look the way it is. Its a 182 ff with both cup packs.

I understand that you do replace the shocks in pairs but what about springs? any benefit if they aint broken?

What make would people reccomend for cost and quality?

Would it be the strut knocking if so try the washer trick

I wouldn't say a shock would knock. Strut would be my bet too
