Smaller lighter sub recommendations?

Ok i've got some hefty (and i mean HEFTY) 12" sub in the cup, I love my music too much to sacrifice a sub, but it was just some cheapy number years ago and is MASSIVE. weighs about the same as a small fat kid.

Looks something like this with some metal crap on it http://www.adtrader.co.uk/image_show2.php?image_id=9101841

Any decent recommendations out there for something a bit smaller/lighter but still with a decent output? :D

Thanks all

I've got the Rockford Fosgate P3L-S10. Sounds awesome. Throws out 300 watts RMS. There's a 12" version too but it's a lot wider.

Have a look at the Pioneer "shallow" mount subs, they do them in 8",10" & 12" sizes and are only 7.5 cm (for the 10") deep!!! Plus they weigh a fUnK load less then regular subs do!!!!!..

I'm looking at getting one for a lightweight stealth install for my boot - don't wana be lugging round 15kg+ of sub and amp everywhere i go blunting th 1*2's performance :p

iirc 8" & 12" can be had for around £99 http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPO-Pioneer-Pioneer-TSSW1241D .... 10" is more expensive for some reason

Where from? I can't find any retailers on the net for the 10".. I'd planned on making a custom box for my shallow mount pioneer but if the price is right i may aswell go for a preboxed jobby.
