Sonus drying towels

I have recently purchased a twin pack of Sonus der wunder drying towels and after the second time using them all edge trim has come away from the towel and the towel is beginning to fray.

Has anybody else encountered this??

I have looked on the Sonus website and it says they're subject to a no quibble 60-day guarantee so i assume i can send them back to the retailer i purchased them off??

Could anybody else who have these towels tell me if the towels they have say 'SONUS' on the label as mine don't - they just say 'microfiber', and have blue edge trim - as the ones on the Sonus website have red edge trim, because i'm now wondering if they are actually the genuine items??

My Megs towel did the same thing.

Each time I get a new batch of Drying towels in from Sonus direct they come with a different coloured edge trim. Either red, light blue or dark blue.

Probably nothing to worry about. Your retailer should swap it for a new one.

Thats what i thought, have been in touch with the retailer and they're sending me some replacements.

It just seemed odd, everything i have Sonus has 'Sonus' printed on the washing instruction label.
