sony head unit question remote lead got need help fitting

hi all
got a sony head unit with the jack for steering wheel control, reading the instructions it says the adapter lead goes to the rear of the clock display is that correct as im new to clios, also have the standard cd changer in the car is there any way of connecting that up as my head unit is cd changer compatible but it has the new type conection on it no the multi pin as on the cd changer lead

leads to hook up changer are available for sony,generally about 65-70 quid for the interface.
if your using an autoleads connector yes it connects 2 the clock,dash off jobby

do you have a link for the cable to connect the changer please as my cd player is m bus and needs to go to the renault cd connector
