Sounds like a engine mount.

Please help me out got a clonk when stop starting slowley from the drivers side i think!! sounds like an engine mount have replaced the top mount and the mount under the battery.
You can hear it all the time no need to change gear,help would be appreciated..

Likely to be a top mount. Have a look for anything suspicous around the top of the strut. If the engine mount is new, it shouldnt be a problem i'd have thought.
Consider solid top mounts, some people have had sucess with special topmount washers iirc. Could also be excessive play in the lower ball joint.
