we all love a spoiler but do some cause more drag increseing fuel consumption im considering removeing mine in atempt to save some fuel or will it make no diffrence



other ideas include leaveing it at home an striping it out :lolup:

I think the Cup spoiler is mostly cosmetic, but it looks good.

ANY clio spoiler will do very little in the way of providing downforce. They're all 90% for cosmetic reasons and taking them off will do next to nothing as far as increasing your mpg goes!

and to be fair a clio is fwd, so why have a spoiler on the back? look at the old escort cossie, the one without the whale tail was actually faster

True it probably won't be creating any downforce, but it's possible that it could be making the airflow behind the car cleaner, therefore reducing drag...

Will a trophy or cup spoiler fit a 172 phase 1.Some help on this would be much appreciated as i can't find anything that gives me an answer.
