springs 4 172

what type of springs most suits the 172 ppl ??

want 2 lower it but not sure what best springs 2 go for any ideas wud b great cheers!

Yes the Eibach seem to get good reviews on here..

Plus the same type of springs have been fitted to my dads Alfa..better handling and ride.

Just fitted 4 Spax springs to my mk1. Theyve totally transformed the handling of the car, and cornering is now fun rather than terrifying.

Only downside is quite a harsh ride on bumpy surfaces, but the upside outweighs the downside easily....!

springs are springs......brand doesnt matter, its the length and poundage were interested in.

Eibachs are progressive rate springs and its depends if your into that.

The Spax ones are also progressively wound (and £40 cheaper than Eibachs!)
