standard 172 tail pipe measurement?

from left to right my tailpipe measures 56mm is that right? measures about 7 from top to bottom of tip? i thought this exhaust may be iffy looks standard but its loud, a guy selling a new one for the car on ebay says the tailpipes 50mm?

anyone confirm what it should be ? thanks
