Stealth or Stealth Supersport?

It'll be going on a car with standard inlet, cams, turbo and cat so there won't be any extra intake noise going through the exhaust and the turbo and cat will help quieten the exhaust down too. I want it pretty quiet so there's no noise intrusion but after 5k or so when I'm giving it some I'd like a sporty note but nothing that draws attention.

My gut feeling is to get the stealth with centre box too but my current car (not a 172) is turbo'd with decat and a single box system and tbh that sounds just right and its quiet in the cabin so maybe the supersports would be ok.

Don't get the supersport, it's really loud and drones really bad, I had one and hated it, now got the silenced centre box much better

What car is it for? You mention a turbo, the standard stealth is too restrictive for a decent turbo 172 though IMHO if thats what you are referring to?

Phase 1 172 that will be running the engine dynamics 230 setup. The 2.5" bore will be fine for that setup, it's the cat that will hold it back so long term I'll get a sports cat to suit. If the extra silencer in the centre section will keep the noise down in the cabin I'd rather have that in there.

I'm not chasing numbers, been there before... I just want a nice sounding off the shelf system.

The turbo really quietens things down on cruise anyway mate, yeah for a low power turbo like that the stealth should be ok, although ours is smaller than 2.5 ID
