sub enclosure wadding ?

should I stuff my box with some wadding ?

I've read that it helps stop vibrating etc and that it also helps to make the enclosure appear bigger than it is ?

if my fiberglass encloure is big enough should I still put it it ?
should I use that white quilter's stuff or this other thicker stuff (simlilar to the stuff under your spare wheel) that I have seen used?

I believe that one of the best things you can do is get carpet underlay (the green stuff) and staple it to the internal surfaces.
