Sunroof blocked

Hello everybody,

I have got a Clio III dynamic. Today, I opened the sunroof, but later when I wanted to close it, it did not close. Actually, by changing the sunroof's switch, nothing happens, not even a noise. It is dead rock.

Any suggestions where to start? Thank you!

Does it use a separate fuse? If it does, check it has not blown.

I guess there is a fuse, but I can not find it. In my user user-manual there is no indication about the sunroof fuse. It is not, for sure, inside the internal fuse box of the car.
