Suspension woes - excessive caster

Car  BG FF 182
Had a Hunter 4 wheel aligment done, before hand the steering was off centre, and the front tyres were wearing more on the outside.

Geometry now set to the below image, and steering wheel is straight.

Had everything checked for accident damage, nothing is bent. Just wondering what could cause excessive caster and how to fix?

Car had new shocks all round last year. Car is a 182 Cup on standard cup suspension, 16" Turinis

After a bit of searching, it could be I have the wrong wishbones fitted? Could this lose me 1 degree of caster?

i've been paying attention to all the cars I see recently, and none of the 182 Cups, or cup packed cars have the arms with extra castor.
