tar spot or tyre gloss removal

when i picked up my new R27 and got it home it had a few spots on the sill looked like tar or splash maybe from the wheel gloss that was used when preparing it for me
any way i wiped it off and it has left a stain only small but it will not come off i have used intensive tar remover and it faded it but is still slightly visible
will any thing remove it

try a mild polish like Autoglym SRP, if not get a pic up, but that should do it tbh, it worked on my weird marks b4 aswell
