thank you both....
...well some more has been done, my mate (painter/sprayer) rang me giving me a nudge, he wants to get it going and a good pace now so we are going to meet up, write a good list and work through it,
very happy to hear though that they have removed that pain in the ass floor panel, happy days, also some of the rear has had some filler work...
...must get on and order that 182 boot floor now then i spose
Hawsome Internet providings. When you next getting down with the wagon?
So what's your next step, more shell prepping and cutting the floor out for a 182 floor.
Hawsome Internet providings. When you next getting down with the wagon?
I reckon around 03:00 Sunday the 30th of October we all go down and get it finished Halloween / A-team stylie
letting the side down dude
put the OE orange repeaters back in..............
standard is best (coming from someone who's just changed there wheels...lol), especially on this colour imo
Pmsl, next you'll be telling us you don't like men?!?!
Pmsl, next you'll be telling us you don't like men?!?!
i don't like men
i don't like men, i love them
Just today? lol
That colour would look ace x (Slightly bias)
hell yeah... Mine not Lunar grey though?
You not in yeovil anymore from now then mate?
Porsche black grey!
I ask because I'm there this weekend
I saw a Porsche exactly like that one at the pistonheads meet that was at Silverstone on Brit car 24 weekend, EPIC looking car. There's some pics on my Facebook
Can you not just go and cut a 182 boot floor out of a scrap 182? I think the floor is moulded to add strength so just adding a sheet of alloy might not be strong enough.
Daz172cup has chopped his wheel well out and welded in something, he's modified his exhaust so it sits along the rear beam and then he has cut away pretty much all of the rear bumper!
This winter I think I'm changing my exhaust and getting a diffuser made. So I may beat you too it
Alot of chat going on in this thread... not enough build action
Oh so it's still here, I thought your mate might have broken the Clio for parts!
Still loads to cut out of the boot, you should use my boot as an example
a few more bits have been removed now, all locks, mechanisms, bumpers and sideskirts,
on the inside it has also seen some work, remember my problem panel.... well one of the guys got it out.... and turned my clio into a sieve...lol
have you thought about a fiberglass bootlid? looks like you have done a good job with the interior so far though...
what the hell did they use to get that out??!! a sledgehammer and chisel!!!
good to see progress though.. theres too much potential there to strip it or give up...
