What does it say on top of that RS2 intake?
Nice project,
Have a few questions for you.
Rear brakes look like 197calipers? But what discs did you use?
I assume the new final gear for the box lower than stock but from what gearbox/car?
thanks in advance
I hate to upset you, but that cambelt tensioner has been set wrong!
Explain please Fred? He has what look's like the only way to tension the belt with the ecentric part facing to the right of the picture giving tension. Are you saying he has tensioned it anti clockwise when he should have done it clockwise?
Had me worried, common sense really, get the two mark's lined up and your good, same as any old ecentric tensioner...phew.
Is that an upper pulley to suit a skimmed head Fred?
yeah its slightly oversized for skimmed heads/decked blocks etc
What does it say on top of that RS2 intake?
About the JMS/STONE ?
Yes.
The rear brake is the Clio 3 RS (197): the brake discs are those of the Clio GT with 4 holes as the Clio 2 (172) to mount the rims without problems.
About the gearbox: I added a couple short 14x63 with a fifth short.
Are you able to provide me with the item numbers for this conversion? Have been scanning through JC5-062 to JC5-144 of boxes and none have the 14x63 ratio. My guess is these parts comes of a JR5-129 gearbox? What fifth gear ratio did you use?
and the cambelt tensioner is still wrong LOL!
Looks great but I can't help but think that the hose you're running between the filter and the RS2 isn't really up to the job.
Love it (not fan on the cartoon stickers though).
You love a sticker.
What size of wheel spacer did you have to use with the Brembo 4 pot brakes and the OZ F1's?
